Sometimes you just get a magic moment , stalked , evaded , got lucky and then it all pays off … this was one of those moments … pure grin factor 🙂

so after narrowly escaping with my life from the last video I saw some contacts North of Argentan , the 109 was slightly damaged from some fairly accurate sptitfire rounds but I still had enough fuel and ammo to have a go … turned out it was 2 spits dicing with a 109 on the deck .. so I stayed low , selected my target and gave a leading burst of mg and cannon …. it couldnt have went any better tbh. Where his friend went I dont know , to the weeds I think and likely GTFO XD Another quality night over on 4YA WW2 . S!
thought I had this mossie dead to rights but then his escorts started doing their job … well 😉
the way terrain occlusion works in this game is great for springing traps on advancing enemy … here I held my armour behind a dune , let them get close and nail them … sadly it didnt lead to a victory but did give me this cool moment 😉
Fascinating stuff and the actual aircraft can now be viewed at the ulster aviation societys hq at the maze , NI .

A collection of information from various sources I put together a number of months ago , this info will be useful for any sim set in the Normandy theatre but its emphasis was on DCS . Cheers all , Walsh.

revisiting this classic that has been brought up to modern standards , this is a whole lot of sim for less than the cost of 1 dcs module . Highly recommended .
